Registration Details

All registration include refreshments, snacks, morning nibbles and passed appetizers at the Genetics & Cocktails session Saturday night. A cash bar is where we’ll get the cocktails if we wish, and plenty of softer drinks also available.

Pricing

Pricing for each day includes all day snacks and refreshments. Registrations that include Saturdays include evening appetizer and cash bar reception and lecture.

• When registering for one day, you must choose the specific day (Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday).
• When registering for two days, you must choose the specific set of days (Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday).
• When registering for three days, members will receive all four days included.

Non-Member Pricing

• 1 Day – Thursday – $99 Spanish Language only, also live streamed.
• 1 Day – Friday, Saturday or Sunday – $180
• 2 Days – $340 
• 3 Days (includes free Spanish Language 4th day) – $480

Regular Pricing (effective 3/2/19)

• 1 Day – Thursday – $99 Spanish Language only, also live streamed.
• 1 Day – Friday, Saturday or Sunday – $225
• 2 Days – $430
• 3 Days (includes free Spanish Language 4th day) – $480

Shelter Discounts

A shelter discount is available for non-members of 10% with proof of current shelter volunteer or employment status.

A group discount for non-members is available of 15% for groups of 6 or more with proof of current shelter volunteer or employment status.

Refund policy

• Full refund of conference fee is available if contacted in writing by Feb 19, 2019
• 50% refund of conference fee if contacted in writing between Feb 20 – March 21, 2019
• 25% refund of conference fee if contacted in writing between March 22 – April 1, 2019
• No refunds of conference fee is available after April 1, 2019
