WILL YOU BE LIVESTREAMING?

Only somewhat—We’ll be using Facebook Live and Twitter to interact socially with people who can’t make the conference, but we won’t be streaming any of the presentations. The ONLY way you’ll be able to listen to our speakers is if you buy a ticket and attend in person.

CAN I ATTEND FOR JUST ONE DAY?

Yes! Take a look at our schedule and decide which is best for you. Attending for Saturday or Sunday costs $145 for members, $160 for non-members.

WHAT DOES A TICKET GET ME?

We’ve priced our conference as competitively as possible to give you the best access to the best available information for animal trainers and behavior consultants. You’ll get:

* Entrance to the conference,
* The chance to chat with your peers and speakers;
* Activities and informal sessions;
* Coffee and snacks.
* Downloadable handouts and other materials

You’ll also be eligible for a discounted rate of $169 for a single or double room at the Hilton DoubleTree Los Angeles Westside hotel for as long as they’re available, and discounted daytime and overnight parking. Check our venue page for discount codes and details.

WHAT’S THE HOTEL LIKE?

The DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Westside is a large hotel with spacious rooms, free wi-fi, a gym, a pool, and 22,000 square feet of conference space. We’re expecting to be able to accommodate everyone who wants to attend the conference. It’s a few minutes from the freeway, an 11-minute drive from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and 16 minutes to Venice Beach boardwalk.

WHERE CAN I GET FOOD?

The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and a cocktail bar. If you’re feeling like venturing out into LA’s vibrant foodie scene, you’ll find everything from vegan burritos to Southern soul food within a couple of miles of your room. Breakfast is available at the hotel, or you can visit one of the local cafes.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Hotel policy states that only service animals are permitted in the rooms and the conference spaces.
